Series 70 Electric Actuator

Series 92/93 Pneumatic Actuator

Flow-Tek Series 92/93 Pneumatic Actuator

Flow-Tek’s Series 92/93 rack & pinion, opposed-piston pneumatic actuators have been designed to incorporate innovative, high performance features into a compact, rugged, and reliable modular product line. These space saving, modular units are self contained with integral internal porting that reduces the cost of external tubing which can be easily damaged. Units are suitable for both on/off and throttling applications.

Series 98 Scotch Yoke Pneumatic Actuator

Bray's engineering excellence and precision manufacturing have produced a modular product line optimized for mounting on Bray valves. In addition all Bray accessories are fully configurable and directly mount to the actuator – providing flexibility and efficiency at reduced cost. The Series 98 actuators were designed primarily for pneumatic operation to a maximum pressure of 150 psi (10.3 Bar) and for temperature ranges of -50°F (-46°C) to 300°F (+149°C).

Series 01 Manual Valve Actuator

Bray offers two handles for on/off and throttling service – one for resilient seated valves from 1”-12” (25mm - 300mm), and a high torque handle for high pressure valves from 2 1/2”- 8” (65mm - 200mm). These quarter turn handles have a locking spring and a directional pointer for valve disc position indication.

Series 04 Manual Gear Operator

For heavy duty on/off and throttling service of 2” - 48” (50mm - 1200mm) valves, the Series 4 is self-lubricated for smooth, trouble-free operation. The rugged, cast iron body with O-ring body seals is weatherproof to IP65. A self-locking worm and worm gear drive holds the valve in the desired position.

Series 05 Valve Actuator Manual Override

Available for 2” - 36” (50mm - 900mm) valves. This valve actuator manual override is excellent for the safe handling of spring return actuators.

SRH Series Deadman Handles

Flow-Tek’s SRH Series Spring Return (Deadman) Handles are manufactured from heavy duty SS components to withstand frequent daily use in refueling, sampling, drains, and other OSHA applications that require positive closure of a manual valve.

Chainwheel

Bray offers a chainwheel for remote access to valve positioning when the handwheel is not accessible, such as valves positioned high out of reach.
